You've done the research—now it's time to own it. Our trademark filing service provides professional legal preparation and submission of your application to the USPTO, giving your brand the nationwide protection it deserves.

What this service includes:

Strategic Attorney Preparation: We draft your application, properly classifying your goods/services and establishing your correct legal filing basis (e.g., "In Commerce" or "Intent to Use") to minimize the risk of technical rejections.
Official USPTO Submission: We officially file your application with the federal government and become your designated Attorney of Record.
Status Tracking & Updates: We monitor your application through the USPTO docketing system and provide you with ongoing updates as your mark moves through the examination process.

(Note: The $450 flat fee covers our application preparation and filing services. The mandatory USPTO government filing fee of $350 per class is a separate cost and will be calculated at checkout).
